Rachel Sykes is an accomplished trial lawyer in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and civil rights. She has obtained significant 6 and 7-figure settlements for her clients throughout the course of her career. Rachel has also obtained favorable jury verdicts for her clients. She is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer and enjoys helping clients solve complex problems. She is not afraid of holding wrongdoers and bad actors accountable for their actions.
Rachel is an active member of the Utah Association for Justice and serves on its Board of Governors. She is also an active member of the American Association for Justice, where she also serves on the Board of Governors and numerous other committees. Rachel is admitted to practice law in Utah, Idaho, Washington, and North Dakota.
In 2019, Rachel was appointed by the Utah State Bar President to the Regulatory Reform Committee for the State Bar. Since that time, she has spearheaded her law firm’s efforts to become an approved ABS and ALP by the Utah Supreme Court. She has also represented entities seeking approval to operate within Utah’s regulatory Sandbox.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys photography, traveling, Disneyland, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
