Biography

Kyle joined Pearson Butler in 2022, where he focuses on securities and corporate Law. Prior to joining the firm Kyle worked for several years as in house counsel for a Broker Dealer focusing on the company’s securities law compliance and regulation with FINRA and the SEC.

Kyle attended the University of Nebraska School of Law, where he provided pro bono legal services through the University’s Civil Legal Clinic program on campus.

As a father of four, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, and camping trips in the mountains.
