About Russell Evans
“I was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas. I completed my undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. I received my law degree from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. After law school, I moved to Salt Lake City and have been here ever since. Salt Lake City is now my home and I love it here. I have four fantastic children that all live in the area. I love to ski and hike and I’m always looking for the perfect local restaurant.”
“I have practiced law in the areas of juvenile law, family law, and bankruptcy. I have been working in and around bankruptcy law for almost 20 years. I love working with people and helping them find solutions to their financial problems. It is very gratifying to be able to turn a nightmare into something much better.”
“Russ is a great attorney,” explains Jeff Butler. “We are pleased to have him chair our bankruptcy department where he provides significant legal experience while at the same time genuinely cares about the clients we serve.”
