Attorney Richard Frandsen, of Pearson Butler, was appointed to the Commercial Law League of America’s (CLLA) Board of Directors for the western region.
Attorney Frandsen dedicates his practice primarily to creditor rights, as well as commercial litigation and business law. Founded in 1895, the Commercial Law League of America is a top networking organization for creditor rights attorneys in the United States and abroad. Although creditor rights is a focus of the CLLA, they also “seek fair, equitable, and efficient administration of bankruptcy cases for all parties in interest.”
Frandsen has practiced law in Salt Lake City since 1979. In addition to his new appointment on the Western Region Board of Directors, he serves on the national Membership Committee of the CLLA. He also works with the collections section of the Utah State Bar, has been a barrister with the American Inns of Court, and has provided many corporate sponsors with lecture presentations.
Jeff Butler, founding co-partner of Pearson Butler, stated, “We’re proud of Richard being appointed to the CLLA Western Region Board of Directors. His vast experience of commercial collections over the past three decades combined with his success at collecting on behalf of clients from California to New York makes him an important member of our law firm. His appointment by the CLLA is just another endorsement of his legal acumen and insight.” Congratulations to Attorney Frandsen!
